Erika Dani​

Asset ​Manager


Erika Dani is a New Jersey-born, Minnesota-raised asset manager for Artspace. She received a B.A. in German and in Global Studies with a minor in French from the University of Minnesota. After graduation, Erika worked in China as an English teacher in Hunan Province, and then as a social service provider at various Minnesota-based non-profits, including the International Institute of Minnesota and CAPI.

In 2013, Erika went back to New Jersey to study urban planning and historic preservation at Rutgers University's Bloustein School of Planning and Policy in New Brunswick. She graduated in 2015 with her master's degree in urban planning. While living in New Jersey, she worked at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency in Trenton and at Asian Americans for Equality, a New York- based non-profit real estate developer and community organization. She also worked as a part-time lecturer for a course titled "Women and Business" through Douglass College at Rutgers. 

Erika is a recipient of the Congress-Bundestag Scholarship (2003-2004), the Eagleton Institute of Politics Fellowship (2014-2015), and the Morgan Stanley/Association for Neighborhood Housing and Development Fellowship (2014-2015). Erika has lived and worked in Germany, India, China, and Mexico. She speaks English, German, French, Hindi, and some Yiddish.
