Putting the art in Artspace

Artspace provides affordable live/work space for more than 1,100 artists and their families.  Meet some of the individual artists who bring vitality to our spaces.

Maura Falfan

Maura Falfan, born in Mexico City, is a visual artist who specializes in painting and resides at PS109. Maura holds a MFA from Pratt Institute.

Tony Fantozzi

Tony Fantozzi, a resident of Mt Baker Lofts, is a musician of many disciplines who has his own home recording studio. Along with playing in a few bands around Seattle, Tony has also been working on a stop motion film project with his wife Mari; an animator and his closest music collaborator.

Ivy Ford

Ivy Ford is a singer, musician, artist and Karcher Artspace Lofts resident. At 22 years old, Ford has already established herself as an artist with great showmanship and musical talents. She plays a few different instruments which include piano, guitar, bass guitar and drums.

Carl George

Carl George is an experimental filmmaker and resident of City Hall Artspace Lofts in Dearborn, Michigan.

Amelia Gluba

Amelia resides at the Tilsner Artist Cooperative in a live/work space with a long hallway that serves as a gallery for her paintings. 


Antonia Guerrero

El Barrio's Artspace PS109 resident Antonia Guerrero is a Mexican artist based in New York City since 1999. She works in multiple media for her installation pieces combining drawings, lighting, video, performance and sound.

Giannina Gutierrez

Giannina Gutierrez

Giannina Gutierrez is an NYC based artist, currently residing and working out of El Barrio's Artspace PS109 in East Harlem, NY. Through her work, she explores the dynamics of the universal and human experience and works in a variety of materials and mediums, including found objects, aerosol, acrylic and oil.

Joy Hageno

Joy Hagen

Seattle native and painter, Joy Hagen is a currently resident artist at Tashiro Kaplan Artist Lofts. Hagen regularly exhibits in the Tashiro Kaplan Building.

Angie Hall Sandifer

 Northern Warehouse resident artist and milliner, Angie Sandifer, specializes in custom designed handmade hats for any occasion and was awarded 'Best of the Cities' by Minnesota Monthly in 2010. 

Chase Hamblin

Chase Hamblin was nominated "Musician of the Year" in 2014 by the Houston Press Music Awards and is a resident of Elder Street Artist Lofts. 

Chad Hambright

Chad Hambright has lived in the Northern Warehouse Artists' Cooperative in the Lowertown St. Paul Art District for the past 8 years. Hambright has a BFA, with emphasis on drawing and printmaking, from the University of Iowa's Intermedia Arts Program.

James Harvey

James Harvey, resident photographer at Elgin Artspace Lofts, has a great way of drawing out personalities and capturing them in his photographs. James helps customers and clients expand and grow their business with creative and artistic photography.

Eliane Harvey

Eliane Harvey was born in Criciuma, Santa Catarina, Brazil and is a self-taught artist who lerned a lot by reading about the old fine art masters. She currently lives in Fort Lauderdale at Sailboat Bend Artist Lofts with her husband James, where she has the perfect ambiance in which to paint.

Justin Hedstrom

An accomplished photographer, Hedstrom's recent work includes collaborative public projects, large scale permanent installations, and promotional portraiture in the U.S. and Europe. Hedstrom is a current member of the Northern Warehouse Artists' Co-operative in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Bonnie Heller

Bonnie Heller is a painter and scultor based in Minneapolis, MN at the Traffic Zone Center for Visual Art. 

Kara Hendershot

Kara Hendershot is a mixed-media figurative painter residing in the Northern Warehouse Artists' Co-op (NWAC) in Lowertown, St. Paul, MN. Hendershot expresses that her “paintings explore the quiet, solitary, and widely misunderstood side of human existence...I search to create a larger universal story about indifference and compassion, estrangement and attachment, and loss and hope.”

Louise Hogarth

Artspace Mount Baker Lofts resident Louise Hogarth specializes in true stories about people and events focusing on social and human rights issues using the medium of film.

Erik Holland

Award winning artist Erik Holland has lived in the Riverside Artist Lofts in downtown Reno since 2000 and is a working landscape artist, represented in several galleries in Reno and California.

Suzi Holland

Suzi Holland is a Mixed Media artist currently living at the Artspace Loveland Arts Campus. A self-proclaimed conceptualist, Holland describes her deep appreciation for storytelling. "Whether I'm painting, drawing, photographing, or writing stories, I am engaged in the idea behind it and I immerse myself in that story", Holland explaines.

Jamila Mohamad Hooker

Jamila Mohamad Hooker was born in Beirut, Lebanon in 1984, and is a visual artist and arts administrator living in El Barrio’s Artspace PS109 in New York.

Rochelle House

Rochelle House is a Seattle based vocalist/ songwriter/ recording artist/ educator and social activist residing in Artspace Mt. Baker Lofts.

Jerod Howard

Jerod, a resident actor at the Karcher Artspace Lofts, has always been drawn to the arts, a melting pot of collaborators and storytellers. His on-screen portrayal of Elliot in the internationally released Indy thriller October Moon has been cited as "realistic, simmering, and ultimately combustive." 

Tracy Todd Hunter

A Patchogue, NY native. Tracy Todd Hunter’s creative endeavors include writing, photography, event planning and interior design and he considers astrology one of his favored interests. He is conjointly a Community Organizer and the Founder/Curator for “Of Colors ~ A Creative Collective” which was established in Artspace.

Marc James

Tilsner Artists' Cooperative resident Marc James is an artist with many faces; you can find his main pieces of work in the form of photography though graphic design and videography are also staples in his work.  

Jeremiah Jenner

Sailboat Bend Artist Lofts resident artist Jeremiah Jenner's sleek and minimalistic limited editions have endeared the media as well as the serious art collectors and insitutions nationally, including the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
